My Baking Mission

I am focused on nutrient dense ingredients, using mostly organic, non-GMO, non-refined, high quality ingredients to prepare my gluten free baked goods. I also care about high quality food preparation. I use non-toxic cookware; no foils or plastic wrap are used in my baking preparations. All items are baked in my dedicated gluten free kitchen, in small batches.
